📄 Commitment and Purchase Policy

Please review these brief guidelines before completing your purchase:

1. Order Commitment & Payment

• Booking Fee: The initial payment of ₹2,000 serves as a non-refundable commitment fee to secure the exclusive 90-Piece Starter Pack and cover associated logistics/packaging costs.

• COD Balance: The remaining balance of ₹28,000 must be paid in full upon delivery of the goods (Cash on Delivery).

• Cancellation/Refusal: If the order is canceled by the customer after dispatch or is refused at the time of delivery, the ₹2,000 booking fee will be forfeited to cover handling and return logistics.

2. Product Details & Acceptance

• Lot Variation: The items are part of a special, handpicked promotional lot. While the style, size, and piece count (90 pieces, 19 designs, 6 months-12 years) are guaranteed, slight variations in shade, fabric feel, or print between the physical product and promotional images may occur.

• "Worth" Value: The stated MRP/Total Value is a promotional reference based on individual retail pricing and does not constitute a valuation for returns or refunds.

• Free Gift: The free gift is included on an as-is basis and is not eligible for exchange or warranty.

3. Liability & Dispute Resolution

• Limitation of Liability: Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of ₹30,000. We are not liable for any delays in delivery beyond our reasonable control.

• Governing Law: Any disputes or claims arising out of this transaction shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in [Delhi/Shahdra].
